Jack Bechtold

Jack Bechtold joined ClearThink Capital as a Director in 2026.
Prior to joining ClearThink, Jack served as a Director and Vice President at Cross Keys Capital, executing a broad range of sell-side M&A, growth equity, and debt financing engagements throughout many different industries. Prior to this, Jack worked in Transaction Advisory Services at PwC, supporting clients on M&A execution across a wide variety of engagements.
Jack is a registered investment banking professional, holding the FINRA Series 79 license. Jack graduated in May 2016 from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and is a former Certified Public Accountant.
