Joel Mathews joined ClearThink Capital in May 2023. Joel is also a Managing Director and Principal of ClearThink Securities, a division of Enclave Securities. He has served in various management roles where he has been responsible for the innovation and growth of a small broker dealer/investment bank.

Prior to joining ClearThink, Joel was CFO/COO of First Sovereign Securities and an Investment Advisor Representative of Hokin Investment Advisors. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role as a financial advisor as well as a principal and investment banker. He has advised many successful M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets projects for private and private equity clients.

Joel’s securities registrations include Series 24, 27, 6, 63, 65, 79, and 82.  Joel also has bachelor’s degree in Accounting from DePaul University.
