Mr. Beychok has served as a Managing Director of ClearThink Capital since July 2019. Mr. Beychok has been a merchant banker and corporate advisor for over 20 years. With deep and varied experience with both private and public companies in management, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and finance, Mr. Beychok has expertise in strategic analysis and decision making, transaction structuring and execution, corporate integrations, and general corporate advice. Mr. Beychok is a graduate of the Haas Business School at University of California, Berkeley with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
